|MB-70 is a modern aluminium system which is used to make exterior architectural building elements which require thermal and acoustic insulation, eg., various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows or spatial structures.
The profiles have three-chamber design. The depth of the window sections is equal to 70mm (frame), 79mm (sash) and the doors 70mm and 70mm respectively. Such depths of sash and frame sections give the effect of one surface from outside after closing - in the case of the window, and the facing effect to the surface of sash and frames - in the case of doors. The shape of the profile enables slender and durable door and window constructions.
Advantages of the profile:
MB- 70 is characterised by relatively low heat -transfer coefficient thanks to the application of special thermal breaks and gaskets.
This is highly significant in the times of increasing demands for the energy management and the environment protection. The value of heat transfer coefficient for constructions made in this system ranges between 1.5 and 2.39 W/m2K, depending on the applied profiles and accessories. ‘Omega’- shaped thermal breaks have been used in this system. Their width is equal to 34mm (windows) and 24mm (door); they are made from polyamide strengthened with fibreglass.

Tightness is ensured by the application of special gaskets made from two-component synthetic rubber EPDM: solid and cellular, which guarantees its ageing resistance during the long-term usage, as well as very good thermal insulation. MB-70 is the first system in which for producing the central gasket this type of material was used. The system allows to apply glazing packages with the thickness equal from 21 mm to 57 mm in window sashes , and from 12 mm to 48 mm in fixed windows and door leafs. Such a wide range of infill thickness guarantees the possibility of applying all types of window panes. Wide range of colours in standard palette enables meeting the needs of even the most demanding customers. Coloured coatings are made using the method of anodizing or powder varnishing

Each window by Drutex S.A. is equipped in one-chamber composite-glazing package for which DRUTEX S.A. uses Guardian glass.
Standard glazing package comprises of 4mm window pane( type float), 16 mm spacer bar of, and 4 mm soft-coated pane( type thermofloat). The surface between the panes is filled with gas-argon in order to achieve lower thermal insulation value.
Standard glazing package includes increased heat insulation with the thermal insulation value of 1,0 which is in compliance with norm EN-674.
Moreover, DRUTEX S.A. offers the possibility of individual choice of an appropriate, different glazing package so that it creates even more perfect protection against burglary noise or excessive sunlight.
All types of DRUTEX S.A. windows and doors manufactured on the basis of aluminium profiles are equipped in multi –point lockings by ROTO type ALU 500 and locks by METAPLAST CZĘSTOCHOWA.
